First Field Trip

Morgan had her first field trip yesterday... parents were allowed to come, and when I asked her earlier this week if she wanted me to come, she said "Um, I'll just go by myself, and tell you how much fun I had, k Mom?" Her story changed when she heard that most of the other kids' moms were coming too. "You can come, Mommy!" :)

All those pumpkins yesterday made me think about cooking with pumpkin. It's been awhile. I should make The Scones. Or pancakes. Or pumpkin bread. Or pumpkin cookies. I saw a recipe for pumpkin pound cake yesterday that caught my eye too.... so many options!
